| ASSISTANCE AFTER-SALES SERVICE PLATFORM: The Company exploits its resources and expertise to guarantee excellent levels of assistance and maintenance services for all its machines manlift, spider, crawler; this guarantees customers that the machines will function efficiently and correctly, with consequently high levels of retailer and end-user satisfaction. The machines are fitted with special equipment which allows the technicians to respond quickly and accurately to all types of requests: the team of highly qualified technical staff guarantees, even in the case of partial repairs of aerial platform, platform, that the work will be completed temporarily, to permit the end-user to continue processing until the machine has been completely reinstated. The Company dedicates particular attention to training in order to ensure it maintains its high levels of quality and competitiveness; it organizes frequent Qualified Training sessions to instruct the workers who will be operating the machine in the operating aerial platform and crawlers, and the mechanics and electronic technicians who will be in charge of maintenance and repairs. |
